Service Request: By booking cleaning services through our website, you agree to provide accurate information. Any false information may result in the cancellation of your booking. Service Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. Olly Clean reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Pricing and Payment: Our service prices are displayed on the website in our booking calculator or given over the phone via a verbal or SMS quote. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. A card must be placed on file at the time of booking. A hold will be placed on your card 24hrs prior to service and payments will be drafted after your appointment is complete through our secure payment gateway. Taxes, if applicable, will be added to the total cost.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation by Customer: Customers may cancel or reschedule services without penalty if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. Cancellation by Olly Clean: Olly Clean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs and offer you an alternative date or a refund.
4. Service Satisfaction
Customer Satisfaction: We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date, and we will address your concerns. Limitations of Liability: While we aim for excellence, Olly Clean is not liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of our services, unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct. You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of service completion.
